KIPP Group is certified as a family-conscious employer
The KIPP Group has completed the job and family audit and received the certificate of the same name. This demonstrates the group's endeavours to provide all employees with a comprehensive range of services to help them harmonise work and family life.
In order to obtain the certificate, the company berufundfamilie Service GmbH analysed the existing measures and options with which the KIPP Group already offers its more than 950 employees to provide the opportunity to find a stable balance between family life and work. These include for example, flexible working time models and flexitime accounts (also for manufacturing staff), arrangements for mobile working, company health management, employee development programmes, time off for top-level sport and social commitments and, last but not least, a subsidised canteen.
KIPP Group focused on the family from the start
The certificate is regarded as a seal of quality for a company work-life balance policy. As a group of six companies, family involvement has always been an integral part of the KIPP Group's corporate culture and values. The advantages are obvious: a high level of appeal as an employer and an increased sense of well-being among employees, who are able to contribute their creativity and full potential to their job.
The audit also includes defining future measures to expand and extend the existing programme. These include working time accounts, the increased expansion of IT with a view to mobile working and the digitalisation of many processes, as well as communicative measures to spread and strengthen the corporate culture. The range even extends to summer holiday camps and other activities for the children of employees.
