With its new miniature components, HEINRICH KIPP WERK is expanding its range to include precise, robust operating elements for applications with limited installation space. Whether in medical technology, measurement technology or automation, the miniature series enable designers to integrate familiar KIPP quality even in the most confined spaces.
Mini wing handles made of stainless steel (K2041)
The tried-and-tested Miniwing wing handles are now also available in a high-quality stainless steel version – ideal for hygienic applications and demanding environments. Three handle designs, thread sizes from M4 to M8, made from 1.4308 or 1.4404 stainless steel, ensure durability, a pleasant feel and corrosion-resistant quality.
Mini clamping levers – now in size 9
For particularly tight installation situations, KIPP now also offers its clamping levers with a handle length of 22 mm. Whether made of die-cast zinc or high-performance thermoplastic, the new variants (e.g. K0122, K1700) are available with M3 to M5 internal or external threads and are ideally suited for precision mechanical devices, optical systems or assembly stations.
Mini eccentric levers – compact and powerful
The new miniature sizes of eccentric levers (22 and 28 mm) offer powerful clamping with minimal space requirements. Made of aluminium or stainless steel, with M3/M4 threads, they are the perfect solution for precise clamping tasks in laboratory equipment or measuring systems.
Mini telescopic slides – miniature guides
KIPP is adding mini telescopic slides (K2451–K2456) with lengths of 70–200 mm to its portfolio. The models made of aluminium (particularly light) or stainless steel (also with food-grade lubricant) offer partial or full extension – ideal for precise small guides in mechanical engineering, medical technology and automation.
