Dark finish – Expertise by KIPP for black oxidising your materials


The KIPP portfolio isn't limited to the development and improvement of more than 85,000 products. In fact, for several years HEINRICH KIPP WERK has been finishing surfaces of iron and steel materials using the blackening technique for customers from a wide range of industries.

Facts at a glance: 

KIPP provides black oxide finish according to DIN 50938 in a two bath oxidising process.
 
Maximum size of workpieces: 1000 x 280 x 400 mm (L x W x H).
 
Working temperature at approx. 140 °C, resulting in low distortion of parts.
 
Workpieces are treated with a water-displacing anti-corrosion agent during post-treatment.
