KIPP now has indexing plungers with twist knobs in various sizes in its range. The plungers make rapid adjustments and positioning of movable components extremely easy.

Indexing plungers enable components, through simple twisting and sliding to be quickly positioned or fixated. In addition, the plungers prevent a change in the indexed position due to transverse forces.

Incorrect operation is as good as prevented due to ON/OFF and ON/MID/OFF markings.

Our new indexing plungers with twist knob are made from nickel-plated steel, the twist knob is made from thermoplastic. The indexing pin is tapered and fits in the matching steel conical bushes that are available for both pin diameters.

The plungers are not only ideal for positioning on guide rails in machine construction, but also for use by fixture constructions and on packaging equipment as well as for indexing pull-out trays or locking mechanisms in vehicle construction.
